🌟 Happy Monday, friends! 🌟

… and welcome to our mini-series, Mobility Monday! We figured we could make the transition into the week a little sweeter by sharing ✨FREE✨ mindfulness techniques with you all.

Today’s technique is a mellow reset for your upper back, a gentle release for the chest, and a downshift for your nervous system. All you’ll need is a blanket or towel - if you don’t have one to hand, be sure to save this post so you can come back to this after work! It’ll be a great way to decompress from your workday 😊

Give it a try! We love this technique because it’s easy and effective, and targets the chest tightness so common for those of us who spend lots of time commuting or at our desks. It’s also super calming for your nervous system, so you can expect to feel mentally refreshed and clear-headed afterwards! Use it before you head off to work, at the end of your day, or as a pre-bedtime routine.
