Low back feeling tight? We got you 😊

Published 19 days ago • 1 min read

A stiff painful low back doesn't need to be the status quo! Simple stretches and short movement breaks can make a big difference.

Hey there, Reader!

🌟 Happy Monday, friends! 🌟

… and welcome to our ongoing mini-series, Monday Mobility! We figured we could make the transition into the week a little sweeter by sharing ✨FREE✨ mobility techniques with you all.

Today’s technique focuses on relieving tension in the lower back. Nearly 80% of the population suffers from low back pain at some point in their lives 😮 Low back pain can have a significant impact on daily life, affecting overall well-being and functionality; in fact, it's the single biggest cause of disability in the US! If you suffer from low back pain or discomfort, this video is just for you. Nothing complicated, just some mellow movement, chill stretches, and time to unwind.

Give it a try! Simply hit play and let us guide you through the sequence- you’ll feel a sense of improved mobility, better posture, and overall less stress. Addressing muscular tension can help alleviate or even eliminate the pain, improving your day-to-day comfort, and ability to perform daily activities such as bending, lifting, or even walking, and reducing stress.

You can follow along with this week's video by clicking the image below! Having a pair of yoga blocks will be handy, but not critical.

(** Please note that not every movement is suitable for all bodies. Please listen to your body and defer to your medical provider if you have any concerns, injuries, or conditions that affect your movement, or are unsure if a particular movement is safe for you! **)

Let's move better, together.
