Unwind upper back, shoulder & neck tension with this quick, 5 minute movement break!

Published 5 months ago • 1 min read

Hey there, Reader!

Got 5 minutes? Then you have enough time to:

🔵 Reduce stress and tension

🔵 Boost your mood and concentration

🔵 Nix that headache that creeps in right around 3pm 😏

🔵 Generally feel better in your mind and body!

🌟 Some of the most common questions we get from our community revolve around ways to reduce neck pain, shoulder stiffness and upper back tension- all common complaints due to the demands of a fast-paced world, demanding work environments, and the postural habits of long hours at our desks and computers.

🌟 The health and function of the neck, shoulders and spine are all interrelated- makes sense, given that these areas are physically connected to each other via complex systems of muscles and fascia. The good news? All these tissues respond really well to quick, simple, feel-good movement… which comes with the convenient by-products of reduced tension and improved mood!

You can follow along with this week's video by clicking below:

(** Please note that not every movement is suitable for all bodies. Please listen to your body and defer to your medical provider if you have any concerns, injuries, or conditions that affect your movement! **)
