Here's your Monday movement break! Refresh your whole spine for a full-body reset.

Hey there, Reader!

🌟 Happy Monday, friends! 🌟

… and welcome to another edition of our ongoing mini-series, Mobility Monday! We figured we could make the transition into the week a little sweeter by sharing ✨FREE✨ movement and mobility sequences and techniques with you all. Today’s mobility exercise is all about getting your upper body unstuck and creating ease in the thoracic spine specifically. Perfect after a long day at your desk, a tough upper body workout, or anytime you’re feeling stiff in the chest and shoulders!

Give it a try and let us know how this goes for you! At just 10 minutes long, this quick standing movement sequence will work anytime and anywhere - no props needed, just a little standing space. You can even use it as a mid-day movement break from sitting at your desk.
